I would put the new loading screen as a Wallpaper. Could you post it here? All my friends will see, ask and maybe buy the game, who knows?
The new loading screen definitely needs to be a wallpaper (I saw it and pretty much instantly put it as my background anyways).

For those of you looking for the screens used in the game, most of them can be found unde *\Galactic Civilizations III\Gfx and *\Galactic Civilizations III\Gfx\Events .
The splash screen is not available without the text there either.
