A Blog about I-Mod
See all your Techtrees outside the game!

Hi GalCiv II Fans!

We recently released the public version of the Techviewer, which allows you to display any sort of Techtrees in GalCiv II.

The Techviewer reads out your whole gamedirectory and will find and display every mod and its techtrees it finds.

If you develope your own Techtree or made single changes, you also can use the Techviewer to find and kill bugs!

Is there any way to make this download available to those who don't want to register on the I-Mod Productions forums?

We are doing the programs for free, all we want in return is a community so this is a very little price for our hard work.  Therefore, the Techviewer will only be available on I-Mod for registered users.

I am registered Stefan, but i *STILL* can't log on your site like many other people... what are doing right now to fix this issue?

I've done my part with ISP servers and Vista verifications, unless proven otherwise the problem is from your sites OR caused by some proxy gimmick "stealing" your feeds.

I am not the administrator of I-Mod so my knowledge is limited, we are still searching if the problem is on our side but we have enough proofs that this problem appears sporadic so we have no real hint where to search.

We keep you updated.

Just got a hold of a neighbor which is quite tecky about such stuff and he had a clear simple solution for anyone experiencing ISP/Vista flaws of late;

1-- Clear up System32/Drivers/etc folder of its "probably" corrupted Host files with default backups.

2-- Swipe out TCP/IP stacks with dos cmd; netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

3-- IE7 browsing through a proxy session with Ultra Surf 9.4.

Until the WAN routing is resolved by any of your providers (be it 1und1 or not, btw). Mine being, Bell Sympatico.
